Our practice
Paoli Psychological Associates was founded in 2001 by Dr. William Morgan with a clear focus: provide evidence-based mental health care to individuals and families across the Main Line and Chester County. Our counseling, psychotherapy, and testing services offer personalized attention and an individualized approach to helping people overcome life’s challenges, grow, and develop greater satisfaction and success. We’ve grown to a team of thirteen licensed clinicians — psychologists, professional counselors, and a marriage and family therapist — serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families at our Paoli and Exton offices and via telehealth throughout Pennsylvania.
How we work
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of our clinical work. CBT is an evidenced-based approach to assisting people with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and many other concerns. Unlike open-ended approaches, CBT is structured, present-focused, and skill-based. Clients leave sessions with practical tools they can use immediately and carry with them long after treatment ends.
At Paoli Psychological Associates, we have a staff of skilled therapists specializing in a variety of areas and provide counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological and educational testing services. Our staff are well-trained in CBT and are engaged in ongoing training to stay current in CBT and the treatment of various conditions and problems.
