Our approach
Our primary framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, adapted for couples. This means identifying the thought patterns and behaviors that are driving conflict, developing communication skills that actually work under stress, and building the kind of trust and connection that makes a relationship resilient.
Depending on the couple’s needs, our clinicians may also draw on Gottman Method principles, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) concepts, or other evidence-based approaches. The right method depends on where you are and where you want to go.
Who we work with
We work with couples facing a wide range of challenges — communication breakdowns, conflict patterns, trust and infidelity issues, parenting disagreements, life transitions, and more. We also work with couples who are generally doing well but want to invest in the health of their relationship before difficulties arise.
