Our first one-to-three sessions typically involve an assessment of your needs and goals. From there, we draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy — to develop a plan that fits your specific situation.
We also specialize in psychological testing and evaluation when a more formal assessment is needed.
Session fees range from $120 to $200. Psychological testing and consulting are priced differently — please contact us for details.
We offer a sliding fee scale based on household income for clients who may find it difficult to afford our standard rates. We’re happy to discuss this when you call. We accept most major credit cards.
We do not accept insurance directly or file insurance forms on your behalf. However, we provide a detailed monthly statement with all the information you need to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Many health insurance policies include out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement policies vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer about your specific coverage before your first appointment.
